- Plasma has been evaluated using the appropriate Binding Site products and assigned a titre/value accordingly.
- Titre/values supplied are offered as a guide when selecting potential samples for evaluation.
- Each batch of plasma is derived from a single suitable donor.
- Plasma available from this list is recommended for research use only.
- Evaluation samples and any bulk plasma supplied do not have this guide value included, only the product code and product description is supplied.
- No expiry date is provided with either evaluation samples or bulk plasma.
- All fluid supplied is preserved with 0.099% sodium azide, 0.01% benzamidine and 0.1% EACA.
- A range of fully validated autoimmune sera is available as a standard product through the clinical catalogue if required.

Definition of terms:
Plasma: unprocessed human plasma containing Acid citrate dextrose (ACD) as anticoagulant
Undialysed serum: defibrinated human plasma
Dialysed serum: plasma that has been defibrinated, dialysed into a physiological buffer then 0.2μm filtered.
